Metal filler is characterized by a short drying time and excellent adhesion to the substrate. After drying, it creates a very hard, completely waterproof, matt surface, which can be easily sanded and then painted.
Color – beige; Density – 1.1 ÷ 1.2 kg/L; Consistency – paste; Total drying time – approx. 30 minutes depending on the layer thickness; Efficiency – approx. 1.25 m²/kg at a layer thickness of 1 mm
- filling small gaps, cracks and holes,
- leveling minor irregularities on metal surfaces,
- smoothing out scratches, depressions and irregularities before applying primers.
It is used for filling surfaces used both outdoors and indoors.
How to use:
3. The putty must be mixed thoroughly before use.
4. Apply a 1-2 mm thick layer of putty with a metal spatula and leave to dry.
5. In case of larger unevenness, apply 2-3 layers. Apply subsequent layers after the previous one has dried. Sand the dry surface with fine-grained sandpaper.
6. Total drying time is approx. 30 minutes depending on layer thickness and ambient temperature.
7. Clean dirty tools with DRAGON “Xylene”, DRAGON “Universal Thinner” or DRAGON “White Spirit”. Dried putty can only be removed mechanically.
