PULSAR FILL is a powder filler for cyanoacrylate adhesives. It is used to use instant glue as a filler when the joint gap is too large. The activator causes polymerization of cyanoacrylate adhesives under the most unfavorable conditions. Thanks to the PULSAR FILL activator, the sensational bonding speed of cyanoacrylate adhesives has been combined with the filling capacity offered by epoxy adhesives.
APPLICATION
- In combination with PULSAR FIX adhesives, it creates a hard and non-toxic coating resistant to water, oils, weak acids and temperatures ranging from -50°C to +160°C.
- The resulting coating can fill cavities and gaps in glued elements whose surfaces do not match.
- The adhesive polymerized with an activator does not tend to smoke or condense the surface around the joint. Such a weld can be machined mechanically.
PRACTICAL TIPS
- Apply PULSAR FIX adhesive to the joint or run the adhesive into the crack. Sprinkle the wet glue with a small amount of activator.
- Repeat the operation until the joint solidifies.
- Excess activator can be returned to the vial.
